100g of washed exclusive Bowmont x Shetland fibre.
This fibre is beautifully fine and is lightly washed to remove the thick of the dirt and lanolin. It can be carded and spun or used for feltmaking as it is or further washed. Some of the tips still appear a lityle dirty, though this disappears when the fibres are teased apart. The tips are sound.
The final image shows the white Bowmont x Shetland fibre alongside some black Bluefaced Leicester to give an idea of its fineness.
